For bigger catches, now Martef-coated. This new idea in Marttiini knives provides a blade with many outstanding properties: low friction, hygienic, easy to clean, wear resistant, corrosion resistant, excellent pliability, machine washable and normal sharpening of edge. The coating meets the regulations administrated by the United States Food and Drug Administration. The handle material is Megol P UG IA80, which is also highly hygienic. This material helps to keep the grip even with the bigger catches!

Great as a yacht knife. To open the carcass a little bad because of a sharp "spike" tip, can puncture something that should not be punctured. Easy to keep clean due to the coating. Get in the miracle.
