Guerande-merisuola on erityistä ns. kelttiläisellä tavalla valmistettua suolaa. Sen valmistus tapahtuu ikivanhalla menetelmällä savialtaissa kuivattamalla Ranskan Bretagnessa. Se on poikkeuksellisen mineraalirikasta ja pehmeän makuista suolaa. Suolalla on Naturé et Progres -sertifiointi joka tarkoittaa että se täyttää luomustandardit.
Kuinka käytän?
Käytä kuten tavallista suolaa. Suolan maku on pehmeä, ei pistävä niin kuin teollisesti käsitelty pöytäsuola. Sopii kaikkeen ruoanlaittoon.
