The good thing is the lightness and the suitable size. Also the rain resistance in the vertical position. It looks more convincing than it actually is. The plastic surfaces bend and for example the rubber seal on the lid does not necessarily help if the lid or side bends when external forces are applied to the box. So not for burying in the ground or below the water line. Suitable for neat light use, but does not completely replace the tight and non-flammable but at the same time heavy and rusting metal surplus ammunition boxes.

The boxes are very good but they are not water-tight. When exposed to light water sprays they protect the insides but they leak when they are fully submerged in water.
