The Edelweiss Flashlight makes a great workhorse rope for all levels of climbing. At 10mm in diameter, it's a great rope for top-roping, sport climbing, and even multi-pitch trad climbing on a budget. It weighs 65 grams per meter and has a nice, supple hand right out of the packaging.
