Very positive experiences. The running vest sits nicely in place during the run. I took the 12 liter because I can put some clothes and snacks in the backpack. You should be careful not to take a vest that is too big. If the vest closes completely in front of the fabric section, then the vest is too big. I myself have no experience with running vests from other manufacturers. In this product, all the dimensions and placements (pockets, zippers, fasteners ...) seem to be in just the right place. I believe there is effective product testing behind it. A use tip for bottles. They don’t have to be taken out of your pocket when you drink. The vest can be lifted slightly upwards and the teeth pressed lightly into the cap section. This way you can drink the bottle empty. I recommend.

The first running vest I was wearing and right after I agreed on the vest was able to convince me that the vest works. Now it has already been involved in the first trail running competition and can practically say that the product is very good. Stays tightly on your back, both full and empty. No rubbing, no rubbing. Really unobtrusive and lands very well on the back, does not bring a heavy feeling to the neck like a backpack. There is enough space and the pockets can be used without having to remove the vest from the back. Absolutely good shopping!

Best to get a drinking vest from my experiments. I would still buy this 12-liter, even a 5-liter one, because this one is not significantly heavier and here, too, nothing is left loose even if there is not enough filling.
