Quality product, with the advantage of offering universal tips and not specific to one brand or another, Victorinox could have made the effort to complete the 4 missing tips (hence the rating); fast delivery and very fair price.

The torsion arm has worked well, is not bent and the tips stay on well. Some of the holes in the tip holder are just so tight that you don't want to get the smaller tips out with just your fingers, but at least they don't fall out by themselves.
