I tried it on shooting ranges, and it's just perfect! It cuts down on the decibels. Also allows you to hear clearly around you.

Good earprotection but the way of getting the bateries out is the stupidest ever. You have to slam it several times to get the second one out (I had to watch how to do it on Yt), I refuse to belive someone thought it was ok for a produce that expensive.

For professional use, this headset is very well made and offers excellent ambient sound reproduction. I've already tested entry-level models and its competitor, the Peltor. Compared to the Sordin, it's a no-brainer, but its price is also higher.
