J-P Peltosen M07 on päivitetty versio M95-puukosta. Tämän puukon kahva on identtinen edeltäjänsä kanssa. Terä on 2,5cm lyhyempi ja 2mm leveämpi. Nämä uudet ominaisuudet tekevät puukosta kätevän työvälineen metsästysreissuille. Teflon-pinnoitettu terä on helppo pitää puhtaana.
