For wet and moist new snow. Works also on wet transformed snow down to 0ºC (32ºF). Apply thicker if very wet. New fallen snow +1ºC to +3ºC (34ºF to 38ºF). Transformed fine grained snow 0ºC to +2ºC (32ºF to 36ºF).
