The Eberlestock Halftrack is a versatile 3-day pack designed to accommodate all your essential gear. With a spacious main compartment, it is perfect for extended trips, offering ample space for your belongings. The pack is equipped with a zippered hood pocket and a large front or top opening, making it ideal for carrying PRC-117 type radios. Additionally, the two large exterior side pockets are perfect for holding two 3-liter hydration bladders or tripods. The MOLLE webbing around the pack allows for the attachment of additional pouches and accessories, enhancing its functionality. To protect your gear from the elements, the pack includes a stowable rain fly.

Excellent quality. It's Eberlestock, so no doubt about it. I also own the older model, and there's a difference in the lumbar belt strap. The older version just has a standard strap. The new one has a loop. We'll see how stable it is with use, but I doubt it. Otherwise, it's an ultra-comfortable bag (I've never had anything better). The only downside: on the side pockets, the Fastex buckle is positioned right at the seam. Every time you try to close the pocket, the seam gets caught in it and prevents it from closing. That's the only really annoying flaw I've found with this bag.
