— Show originalAfter the familiar Thermarest. XLite is really light, comfortable and warm. Other manufacturers do not really get close to the same weight class. The only thing missing from Thermarest is a modern one-way valve with quick drain. The calorific value and light weight of the substrate take precedence over the practicality of filling and emptying, at least for the time being.| Overall rating |
— Show originalTraditional inflatables feel more stable and thus more comfortable. It vibrates, especially immediately after filling, from even a small movement (such as breathing), but it gets used to it so that it does not bother itself, and even if it is a worse distraction for others. I haven’t been able to seriously test the warmth yet, but I trust the manufacturer to report it. Fills without problems and empties ok. Nice to carry. The clearest competitor to this is probably the even lighter summer model promised for next year, but in the use of three seasons, this is probably the number one option at the moment.Brand
