The backpack itself is excellent and holds a lot of gear. You can rely on its waterproofing; I’ve cycled to work in the rain, and the contents have stayed completely dry. Some of the fabric edges started fraying relatively quickly, but I still wouldn't trade it for another one.

A great backpack for a slightly larger amount of stuff. It's also quick to open thanks to the velcro mechanism. If something is too high/long, you can close the backpack if necessary using duct tape - It sticks well!

The best backpack I've ever bought.

Use it for outdoor activity (forest skiing and short hikes) and everything needed has space in there. The bag can be closed fast and easy and stays closed nicely. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I needed a sturdy backpack so that I could walk briskly to the grocery store a couple of kilometers away, hands-free and regardless of the weather. This messenger backpack was the perfect solution! The Ortlieb backpack can hold a couple of regular plastic bags of food. It can handle even slightly heavier items - as long as the backpack carrier is strong enough. The contents stay dry even in heavy rain. The shoulder straps are reasonably comfortable, although the size is a bit taller than me (160 cm) and I would probably like additional straps around the waist. The simple and sturdy structure is an advantage, there are no extra pockets etc. in the way of packing. The support panel on the back allows you to carry papers or other items that need to stay relatively straight if necessary. I would of course recommend a folder for additional protection for loose sheets of paper. The backpack is rather large, but not so gigantic that you wouldn't dare to carry it around the village. It is suitable for transporting a wide variety of goods and hobby equipment effortlessly, especially in situations where a car may not be available.

Simple and spacious backpack. Bought for commuting. Feels really comfortable on the back. The bag doesn't have any kind of organization, so you have to take care of it yourself with packing bags etc.

This is a giant backpack, so there's plenty of room! The only minus is that, for example, the keys do not have their own compartment. Well, I'll buy it afterwards. Ortlieb is guaranteed quality and these last, I have sworn by these for a long time.
