The good ones are. I've been talking about these for several winters. Designed by Jaegers, so no wonder. There is one downside. I have twice lost the heel iron on another shoe. Apparently some sturdy twig is able to rip the iron off. I got the first iron from the importer for free, when the second was lost, I have now been without.
