Swiss Diamond Pan 28 cm, induction

The large 28 cm diameter fry pan is for larger jobs around the kitchen and has a cast aluminum helping handle.

In the 1980’s, the Titanium ceramic non-stick surface was developped, taking the cookware world by storm, due to the increase in its usage life and its ability for using metal utensils. However, the hardness of Titanium is far below the hardness of real diamond crystals, which are the hardest material known to men.

Swiss Diamons engineers have found a way, at Swiss Diamond laboratory, to combine real diamond crystals with the non-stick nano composite, forming a virtually indestructible non-stick surface. For this patented invention they have received the Gold medal inventor’s award in Geneva.

This technology is available only on cookware manufactured in Switzerland by Swiss Diamond.
