I hike a lot. These have been one of my best shoes for that work. A glass size bigger is good if you walk a lot. You need room for your feet

My second pair of Kansas GTX. I use them a lot and want to have two pairs to switch between. I also have a third pair of Meindl but with a higher shaft. The fit and stability of all Meindl is very good. Despite many many "miles" of use, the shoes are still fresh

Second pair of Kansas model shoes on the way. I walked in the first ones almost every day since 2018 and went hiking. Eventually the leather wore out, the membrane failed and the sole started to let water through, so I decided it was best to buy new ones. The old ones are still used for yard work and dry weather activities.
