My favorite non-locker. The monofil is cool, and I appreciate innovation enough to purchase this biner based upon that merit alone, but as a result of that design the nose of the carabiner is much less vertical than others. This makes it slide in and out of whatever you’re using it with like it has a mind of its own. Not even a thought of snagging on something. May not use any other non-locker again.

I have used these for many years now. They are lightweight, easy clipping and robust. They work well in alpine conditions being extremely free from gate freezing issues. They are also excellent on the rope clipping end of a quickdraw. Not at all like a standard wire gate carabiner. Really get the best features of wire gates and standard bar gates.
