A sturdy alternative to top-mounted gas stoves
The ExpressSpider is one of the lightest hose-mounted gas stoves available. As its name indicates, it uses the same technology as our ExpressStove topmounted gas stove. And it lives up to its name by being a really lightweight stove that’s also extremely stable and durable, thanks to its well-planned construction. Comes with a heat reflector and nylon stuff sack.

— Show original — Show originalI get that cooker as a spare cooker for longer winter trips. In the past, I hadn’t used what I tried in the kitchen to play. Now the kettle was included as the only cooker for a few days in light mountain conditions. I used it with the Optimus multifuel windshield. For some reason, the kettle turned off very easily and was modest in power. The gas cartridge was Primus Power Gas 450g. I don't know if there was something wrong with my cooker, for example, in the gas hose, but I didn't find any reason for the above-mentioned shaking. Otherwise the kettle is reasonably stable and the flame control is just ok. So with just one cylinder of experience, this still needs to be tested, but if the ride doesn’t get better, it will remain on the shelf.Brand
