A hill was lowered with a friend - both, of course, falling handsomely. So the carbon fiber rods went into slats, but the aluminum sticks didn’t startle. A small downside is the snowy ones on the threads, which come off easily if the push rotates. Of course, they stay in place with a few cable ties.
