Basic bra. It fits me well and the adjustments are sufficient. Has not caused chafing or discomfort. There is a mesh front that is divided into narrow parts. Has agreed with Expedition Elite when paddling. I haven't tried getting into a canoe with these on yet, I hope it works as well as with other vests.
