A serious expedition rucsac for those who like to go the extra mile, the Vulcan is the ideal bag for those extended journeys when re-supply is not possible.
Designed with an aluminium frame Cyclops® II back system for serious load carrying, this 100L rucsac is made from tough textured nylon, reinforced to give maximum durability and extreme abrasion resistance.

- Plenty of space to take everything you need for the journey with a 100L capacity, complete with top tension straps and side and base compression straps to make packing easy
- Versatile for shorter trips too, just remove the detachable side pockets and zip them together to make a handy daysac
- Take adverse weather in your stride - fix a walking pole or ice axe to the attachment point for easy accessibility
- Carry your canteen, walking pole, or any other accessory on one of the six attachment points

The Vulca backpack has become my best hiking buddy. Finding / learning the right adjustments for your back requires practice, which is only possible by carrying a load of about 15-20 kilos a few tens of kilometers ... I still like the attachment points of the backpack and the elongation of the interior. Also note that the straps on the side pockets act horizontally as compression straps on the backpack. The best thing is the great side pockets, which can also be used as a daypack. (?) When you remove the pockets and compress, the backpack itself is quite compact and also runs in a daypack. I recommend it to anyone for whom fashion is not the basis for choosing a backpack but functionality, formability and certainly a strong structure.
