Petzl Freino Z Triack-Lock

Petzl Freino Z Triack-Lock is a confidence-boosting carabiner that adds on-the-fly friction control for smoother, more controlled descents. This carabiner is built to work with I’D S, I’D L, I’D EVAC and RIG self-braking descenders, letting the rope be rerouted over the friction spur quickly when extra braking is needed. The spur can be used without opening the carabiner, and the design helps keep the descender secured during transfers when the carabiner is rotated. It finishes with a Triack-Lock automatic locking system for secure handling on a harness or at an anchor.
