Finally Sordin has gotten rid of their previous battery compartment design and gone with a simple single-AA compartment. Sound is amazing, on par with comtacs.

I ordered 2 for my wife and I because a friend was very happy with theirs. With the gel earpads it very comfortable and does not press on the temples with glasses. The neck band works well allowing us to wear a hat while shooting. we use these with ear plugs for indoor range and outdoors for shotgun clay shooting and rifle shooting. They do not interfere with the shotguns or the rifles. Would recommend.
