The sharper-sounding ‘VT’(Version Thirteen) isn’t just for style. This updated design draws inspiration from the Vortex, bringing enhanced handling, snappier steering and more dynamic kite positioning. Nailing kite loops feels more intuitive and accessible, too.

Technical upgrades

Ozone has re-engineered key elements of the design to elevate speed, control and feedback:

• New planform with a refined arc for quicker handling and more responsive turns
• Adjusted sail tensions—especially in the trailing edge — for a tighter, cleaner canopy
• Slimmer leading edge for reduced drag and faster flight
• Vortex-inspired 16-point bridle system for improved load distribution and stability

The result? A more rigid frame, improved feedback and a heightened sense of connection — like you and the kite are one.

AirFrame

• 6–9m: built tough with robust Teijin Triple Ripstop Dacron leading edge and struts
• 10–13m: hybrid build with Teijin Triple Ripstop Dacron leading edge and 125g Teijin Performance Dacron on the struts for improved response in varied conditions
• 15 & 18m: full 125g Teijin Performance Dacron airframes to boost lightwind power and efficiency

Canopy

• Teijin Technoforce triple ripstop canopy. At 55g it’s heavier than the lighter weight double ripstop cloth (46g) on the Ultra-X model, but is more durable.

New sizes

• A new 12m has been added to the range
• A new 18m replaces the previous 17 & 19m models for simplified high-end performance
