Bought for long distance hiking in the northern arctic regions as a safety item in case of serious storms to protect me until the tent is pitched, I have tried and tested them twice now and find them to be exactly what I was looking for. Light weight, packable, nice colors and a good fit. I especially like the zippers and the fit at the boot, that ensures protection, even as I move around and crawl while pitching a tent. Let's se how they manage in 2 week trip in western Greenland this summer.
