As someone used to Merrell trail running shoes, the last feels similarly suited to my foot. The sole has good grip on rocks and when running over tree roots. A good shoe overall. The only downside is that after only about 30 km of running, the surface fabric over the toes is creasing, and I'm wondering how long it will last.

I bought these for my wife. I have the same ones. Precise and grippy running shoes. There is no strong rocker sole which seems to be fashionable these days. On a gravel road you have to work on your step over the ball of your foot a little, but the feeling disappears completely on the terrain and the running feeling is fast and enjoyable. Excellent training shoe for shorter distances and racing shoes. Not the softest, so I wouldn't go on an ultra run with these, but for example my wife with a light build could also use the shoe for a longer distance.
