I didn't think the instructions for assembling the poles were understandable, but luckily I found videos online that showed how to assemble and assemble the poles in practice. In the end, it was really easy and seems durable. The pole loop is good and helps to get power from the push. Easy to remove the pole loop from the pole for downhill runs. The included pole bag is a plus.
