The maps are made of water-resistant and tear-resistant Tyvek material, which is lighter than paper. You can stuff the map in your pocket and you don't have to protect it from the rain.

Terrain information is based on airborne laser scanning. In addition to the completely new height lines determined with an accuracy of 10 meters, water bodies and slopes are presented much better than before. Paths, swamps, buildings, rocks and difficult-to-pass vegetation are described in more detail.

Much of the Åre mountain range concentrated on one side, including Åre, Duved, Kall, Edsåsdalen and Trillevallen. The other side covers the mountain range between Skalstugan in the north and Storlien and Handöl in the south.
