I bought the shoes for my common-law wife because Merrell shoes fit her feet perfectly and the shoes are excellent value for money. My common-law wife said that the shoes are just the right amount of support, but not too stiff. For example, on the Pallas-Hetta hike, she swapped her Meindl Island lady MFS active shoes for Merrell Fly Strike GTX sneakers in Rihmakure and hiked the rest of the way in them with a backpack without any problems, which I found strange. She said that these shoes feel really good on her feet and that they are the best hiking shoes she has ever had. Varusteneti's price was clearly the cheapest compared to the competitors, so a big thank you!
