Orca Bungee Safety Buoy

This is an excellent new model of safety buoy; it allows you to conveniently place small, important items—like your phone and keys—inside a dry bag from the top, without worrying about them getting wet while you swim. However, the design of the attachment strap is a "less-than-excellent" change compared to the previous model, costing it two stars. An elastic rubber section has been added to the strap, featuring rubber covers at the ends. While swimming, the strap sags too low and gets tangled in my legs. Furthermore, I have a natural rubber (latex) allergy, so it was an unpleasant surprise to find latex components added to the new buoy. I may have to go back to using my old, faded buoy for my open-water swims.
