happy with these poles. I used them during the Kullamannen run, and their impact on my performance cannot be overstated. The lightweight design, combined with how easy they are to fold and deploy, made them a perfect companion for technical terrain and long climbs. They're incredibly efficient when you need quick access and stowaway functionality. The cork handles are very comfortable and offer a natural grip, especially over long distances. However, the diameter is on the slimmer side—if you have long fingers or larger hands, you might find them slightly narrow. That said, these poles are purpose-built for racing and fast-paced trail adventures. For everyday training or rugged use, I'd recommend opting for a sturdier model. But if you're looking for ultralight performance and reliability during races, these are hard to beat.
