The shoes are quite wide compared to a GTX model of the same size, leaving about a centimeter of space at the instep.

Maybe I should have bought a size bigger. However, the problem was the “new” wire-like shoelace, which means that the tension of the tight lace falls on a smaller area. Together with the mesh-like upper, the “hard spot” at the first joint of the big toe started to bother me and the shoes were left on the shelf. A larger size could have solved this, but normal shoelaces would definitely make the shoes better. The sole has good grip.
