These had been on my wish list for a long time, and now I regret not getting them sooner. The binoculars stay secure without bouncing around, and they are quick to access and put away. The Swarovski EL Range 10x42 fits perfectly into the size S bag once the eyepiece cover is removed—that cover can easily be stowed in one of the side pockets. The side pockets are also excellent for carrying items like hunting calls.

I was skeptical about whether it would be too bulky. It isn't. 8x42 binoculars can be carried surprisingly unobtrusively. The harness size is Small. The binocular attachment straps end up being too short if you have a long neck or if the harness is adjusted even slightly lower.

I love it; I pack the compact binoculars, a first-aid kit, a small headlamp, a compass, extra ammo, a small knife and lighter, a face mask, and the dog tracker. I have everything I need when I leave my pack behind to stalk in on the dog holding the game at bay.

The size S is just right for 8x42 binoculars. It is a well-thought-out design that works well with a backpack. I apply tape to the buckles on the sides and back to protect the gun stock when the hunting season begins.
