The Gomboy 240 from Silky is a durable and versatile folding saw. Multipurpose saw with smooth cutting action. Ideal for pruning as well as cutting dry, hard timber. The non-slip rubber clad steel handle is very easy to grip. Medium teeth. The 210 mm and 240 mm Gomboy folding saws each come with their own custom hard plastic storage case.

Excellent saw for hiking with rubberized grip. Minus one star for the plastic holder, which can't be attached to a belt easily, is a bit difficult to open and, rattles (wrapping a rag around the metal saw end stops this).

I've been looking for an easy-to-transport saw for a dinghy wading equipment set. Silky's saws seemed to be the right ones. However, there was a small doubt in the back of my mind that there would be a little more Japan in the advertising speeches on the way. Doubts disappeared immediately after the first try. Shortening the wrist-thick campfire birches was done in an instant.
