I haven't had time to use it on the slopes yet, but the sticker seems nice, I hope it's durable. I changed size M to size L, and the velcro strap barely extends to the entire area even with a standard glove. With a thicker glove, it only catches a fraction - 3 stars for that, because the previous Rex strap lengths were generous. You should take a good size.
