A good and durable waterproof shoe for outdoor activities and everyday dad looks. Going for a third and now for the first time a wide model. This also means that the fabric will tear in a few years at the instep, where the quick lace comes out diagonally. They should reinforce that point somewhere. Of course, if the laces get tired at some point and you have to change the laces, then it's worth lacing the shoes normally.

With a short experience of use, these are excellent shoes for outdoor activities. Comfortable on the feet and very good waterproofing. The laces can be conveniently hidden under the outer fabric, so they don't get caught on twigs when moving in the forest.

Easy to put on, proven to be durable, but narrow at the toe and otherwise. My foot starts to go numb after a few hours of wearing it. A bit stiff for walking, but might be a good wet weather trail shoe for someone with narrow feet.

I think these are the fourth pair of Salomon sneakers I've ordered. The previous ones fit my foot better than the molded ones, these feel a bit tight. Maybe after a few km they'll settle in.
