Not as bright as I imagined, but light weight and sufficient. Loving the strap which is easily adjustable even with thick gloves on. Also loving the large button, that can be used with the gloves as well. Minus - when adjusting the light intensity between low-mid-high, even when you hesitate a bit to see whether the light is sufficient, the next click switches the light off and you have to start from the lowest setting again. I get the idea behind the feature, I would just appreciate it to take a little longer for that feature to kick in.

A pretty good headlamp, with nothing wrong with it. The radiator hatch is waterproof, but a little difficult to open. The downside is that the battery life at full power is weak, compared to, for example, similar headlamps from Black Diamond. Also missing a wide lens. Black Diamond's ReVolt (slightly more expensive) seems to be brighter even though the lm value is lower. This is probably due to a narrower illuminated area. ReVolt also has a separate wide-lens LED, which is more convenient at close range. The good sides of Tika, on the other hand, are its small size and non-existent weight, it seems to be half lighter than ReVolt.| Overall rating |

The only negative is the charging of that removable battery. The device must be unlocked for that. In addition, the battery still has an old-fashioned micro-USB port, and not the modern USB-C. It would be nice to get rid of the jungle of wires.| Overall rating |
