tested in the summer heat while fishing. I kept a couple of cold drinks inside the backpack and even though the backpack was in the hot sun for several hours, the backpack kept the drink and snacks cool during the fishing trip. One star off because this is a pretty expensive product, but 4 stars because it works as promised.
