Take it to the next level with the all new AdvancedFrame Convertible Elite!
A fifteen foot kayak that can be paddled solo or tandem, The Convertible Elite combines our aluminum rib-frame technology in the bow and stern, and rigid Drop-stitch technology in the floor, to provide paddling performance that rivals that of a hard-shell kayak. The versatile open deck design can be converted to a closed deck kayak in a matter of seconds by simply zipping in the optional single or double deck conversions and the upgraded lumbar seats provide comfort for hours of paddling!
Features Drop-stitch Technology!
As shown in our inflatable standup paddle boards, drop-stitch technology allows us to create high pressure forms that are extremely rigid. The drop-stitch floor in this kayak creates a hull with chine, which enhances the tracking and hull speed, and adds unparalleled rigidity in an inflatable kayak.
Attach either optional Conversion Decks to make your AdvancedFrame® Convertible a closed deck solo or tandem kayak in a matter of seconds! The Single Deck sports a series of d-rings with bungee deck lacing, arched deck riser aluminum stays, and a rear cargo hatch while the Double Deck has d-rings and a mesh pocket for enhanced gear stowage.

A couple of less than 10km test kayaking in the inland water works behind:
The materials are of high quality and otherwise well designed, there are attachment points and pockets. However, the included bag is quite small, so the benches are popularly packed separately in an IKEA bag. The whole set travels comfortably in a small car. The pump is really plastic and a pressure gauge would be nice (can be purchased separately). Apartment dwellers should think about how they plan to dry the kayak after using it, because moisture accumulates inside, which does not dry outside in autumn weather. Removing the floor helps the matter.
Filling requires a little practice, especially it is worth noting that the floor and side pontoons are straight so that the kayak travels straight. At 174cm tall, the legroom in the front seat feels a bit tight even though it fits, the back seat is suitable for a taller paddler. The cover included in the set is good for colder weather.
The speed of two inexperienced paddlers against a slight headwind was about 5.8 km/h. A couple of times we hit the rocks while resting on the shore, but nothing came to the bottom.
