The jacket does fulfill its purpose and is a good value for the money. I am happy with the purchase so far and I will probably buy it again. Positives: Waterproof, windproof, good fit, side pockets, pit zips, fair trade, recycled materials, looks good. Negatives: The outer nylon material is a bit glossy for my taste and the online product photos do not show it. No chest pocket. It sounds like a plastic bag when on the move. The main zipper is a bit tricky to put on especially when dark outside and the visibility is reduced. The 2 side pockets should be placed a bit more up to avoid being covered with the waist belt of the backpack.
