Product description

The Pro Hunter Light Mid GTX boot is a mid-height boot in extremely hardwearing Cordura. This has the advantage over leather of low maintenance, as well as being lightweight, very quick drying and highly breathable. The boots are also outstandingly comfortable and have a medium-stiff sole that provides good support. The boots have a field-tested, waterproof GORE-TEX membrane and are designed and manufactured in Europe. Härkila stands behind their quality. As for all their footwear, Härkila offers a two-year warranty that covers you in the unlikely event of any material or manufacturing defect in the boots.

Despite their height, the Pro Hunter Light Mid GTX boots only weigh around 730 g per boot, which makes them very comfortable on long treks. They have a medium-length, 8”/20 cm shaft and a standard-width last. The Pro Hunter Light Mid GTX boots feature a waterproof GORE-TEX Sierra membrane. During manufacture, all boot membranes are tested in a waterbath, to ensure they are waterproof. Hörkila then performs a 30-minute centrifuge test on a 5% sample of total boot production, as a further guarantee that the membrane is of the highest possible quality. The boot’s upper is made from durable and quick-drying Cordura, and the soles are in semi-stiff Vibram® Aftersky, which ensures good grip. The midsoles of the boots are shock-absorbing, for long-distance walking comfort even on very rugged ground. They are reinforced with full-length rands made from an extra robust material and they have reinforced stitching.
  • 8" inch boot
  • Vibram Aftersky outsole with a very good grip
  • Reinforcement mudguard around the boot
  • Light weight boot
