Perfect for a small hole on the wrist, the battery lasts a really long time. Solar charging also seems to work, even indoors it absorbs some current from artificial lights.
The GPS is very accurate, finds the location quickly and browsing the maps is pleasant thanks to the touch screen.
More functions than the average person needs and after about a month still to learn, the flashlight has been great and I am satisfied that I bought this model almost solely for that reason, it might sound funny but I was surprised myself how convenient it is.
The sleep tracking has been quite good, but sometimes it's a bit strange, e.g. with waking up when it decides that you woke up at 7:03 even though you're still sleeping and I got up at eight.
Sufficiently accurate for sports performance, but the same problem with heart rate monitoring as in all other wrist heart rate devices. So you should get a separate heart rate belt, especially for HIIT exercises or strength training if you want up-to-date information because your wrist heart rate lags behind.
Adding exercises to the watch is also a slight disappointment, you can only fit twenty at a time, so you can't just add all the ready-made exercises you want.
On the other hand, ready-made, animated exercises have been functional, especially yoga/pilates when you sit a lot, even exercises for people who travel a lot by plane.
All in all, I've been satisfied with the watch and I don't think you can get better at the moment.| Overall rating |

Positive aspects that I have observed so far.
- The battery lasts a really long time
- Lots of features (Heart rate, weather, compass, steps, sleep, etc.)
- The lamp came as a surprise to me, which has proven to be useful
- Easy to use and information is easily accessible
Disadvantages / features
- The screen is quite dark but lights up well when in use
- Lots of features (finding and learning everything takes time)
- Updating the sleep data to the Garmin connect service takes its own time
I haven't had time to gather a lot of experience yet, but the watch seems like a good and reliable partner for several years| Overall rating |

— Show originalVersatile wristop computer for sports and e.g. for hiking. Lots of features, but I especially appreciate the flashlight, pre-loaded maps and touch screen. I chose the 7X because of the battery life and I didn't prefer the monitors to the Epix 2. A big mollusk on a small wrist, but a nylon wristband fits better. I just missed Garmin measuring the effect of daytime sleep on wakefulness. Expensive this is, but the previous Garmin is 9 years old, so now it has been updated.| Overall rating |

— Show originalExtremely long battery life even when full functions are on. There is guaranteed enough power for every need. The most versatile sports watch I own that doesn’t run out of features. However, you will hardly ever need all the features. If something negative, then sleep monitoring will not work for Oura in any way. Garmin’s tracking, for example, erroneously shows a deep sleep every night, even though I’m actually reading a book in bed at the time. The actual sleeping time is already throwing badly because of that, and the relationship between deep, light and rem sleep is flawed. The wrist heart rate measurement does not keep up with the hard going here either, but it does not stay with any other manufacturer, it has been tried. Fortunately, the Polar belt can be paired painlessly, so no problem. As a whole, the best sports watch on the market, but this one is not perfect either.Brand
