Very handy vest. Packs into a small package in your own pocket and is easy to take with you, for example, in a backpack when traveling. Really versatile. I have used this vest every week since I bought it, all winter. The hood is quite compact and could be bigger, but then it would affect the overall look and make it bigger. The neck area is also a bit tight if you pull the zipper all the way closed. If I wear the vest over a thicker jacket, I have to leave the vest zipper slightly open. Works well when going outside in winter as extra warmth. I personally use this in -5...-10C when walking the dog (light walking). Underneath I wear a merino layer and a light jacket with 60g/m2 insulation. The vest can increase the body insulation to 100g/m2. The additional insulation has a significant effect. I also use the vest when jogging in winter, in temperatures of -8...-20C. Underneath I wear a merino layer and a ski jacket with light 40g/m2 insulation here and there. The ski jacket is breathable and transfers moisture well to the outside of the jacket and the jacket is sometimes quite wet on the surface even when it is -15C. I have not noticed that moisture has an effect on the warmth of the vest. The vest works and warms well even when wet. The vest dries quickly and even sweating has not caused any unpleasant odors in the vest. The zippers are good.
