The shoes are comfortable and very light. Almost like going without shoes, but only almost. A small minus is the bottom, which is not the most durable on all platforms, but still good. I can recommend the shoe and it's really good for the treatment of partial arch collapse, when you strengthen the muscles of the bottom of the foot with these walks.
