It's ok. I've had Shimano PD-M324 before and they actually worked a little better. The minus point comes from two things. In the winter it was sometimes slippery, so the anti-slip screws that came with it weren't always enough and the lockout shoe slipped. Not often, but a few times. When you go out and want to choose the lockout or lockout side, I don't think it's always as intuitive as with the PD-M324. And even this challenge is only occasionally.
