I bought the backpack for an Interrail trip and have now tested it on a few shorter trips. All in all, a great backpack. Enough space and pockets, plus the fact that it converts into a portable suitcase in no time. I recommend this to travelers.

A really spacious and high-quality travel backpack. The side pocket is handy for documents, a laptop or a book, for example, on a flight. The small pocket on top is also handy, but a bit small. The main compartment in the backpack is really large, and there is a smart mesh compartment inside for chargers or other small items. It would have been convenient to access the large compartment other than through one zipper, then the rating would have been a full 5. Overall, a functional, high-quality, stylish and multi-purpose backpack, for example as the only luggage on a flight.

I have finally found the perfect backpack. It meets my versatile needs and I appreciate that the backpack can be opened completely from the front, which makes it very easy to use and makes optimal use of the space. The backpack is ergonomic to carry even with heavy contents and the simple appearance is a big plus.

Good carrying straps that are easy to adjust. The luggage fit well for a week's trip. The airline's cabin baggage requirements did not cause any problems. The backpack could have a place where you could attach an easily adhesive and removable tag. Quite a few people have these Osprey 40 backpacks and they seem to be a popular model on the baggage belts in airport arrivals, if you carry the backpack in checked baggage.
