These shoes have a very good grip on loose snow. I've never tried shoes, sneakers or any other winter shoes, where the grip on snow would be as good. Grip on ice is also excellent thanks to the studs.
The bar is wide and the work quality is good.
I give four stars and not five because the shoes are not waterproof. Waterproofing is not a problem on short runs in freezing temperatures, but there is snow on longer runs. When it snows and/or you run in the snow, little by little snow flakes start to stick to your shoes, which melt when you run. After running 5 km this is not a problem yet, but around 10 km the socks and the inside of the shoes start to feel wet and heavy.
For the capital region, I don't recommend these as the only winter sneakers, at least. Here at the height of Tampere, these already have a lot of use, because there are plenty of snowy weather.
Hopefully a waterproof version will be available in the future.

It's been my go-to shoe since Pytho4. 6 continues the same line. The surface material seems a little more durable than its predecessors and is thus better suited for orienteering. Light on the feet and an arch and last wide enough for you. By changing the insole, you can make the drop a little lower and the arch wider. The fact that I "have" to do this gets one star. Of course, it was the same with the predecessor. Certainly not a necessary operation for very many people.

Very good grip on terrain, also on rocks. The last is suitable for your own foot, which is probably normal in width for Finns and wide for Europeans. The shoe is also light.
The construction of the shoe is more suitable for jogging and trail running. There are better options for orientation.

Excellent running shoes for winter weather and ice, so that the technique stays well on slippery and snowy surfaces. Doesn't slip at all and after the first winter kilometers they still look and feel like new. Not a single pin has come off and the structure is still sturdy and nice. The feeling of running in these is really tight, although the flexibility of soft shoes cannot be found in these shoes.

My winter running shoe if choice. I had the Pythos 5s and naturally moved to the Pythos 6s. The 6s have a better tread pattern for snow, so a great improvement. Also they have extended the seal between sole and upper all the way around the shoe. One thing I did go down an EU size from the 5s to the 6s. Anyway a superb shoe, excellent grip on ice and ice
