The Mono is a featherweight climbing accessory specially designed for training, it isolates the muscle and tendon development of a finger.
It will get your fingers ready for all kinds of grips!

It can be used as a lightweighted with a rubber band or a weight or simply as a bodyweight by hanging it on the first spit.
With its sober design made from recycled rubber wood, it offers a soft-touch surface whose comfort and grip will convince climbers.
