Sold in pairs, the ROCKYs, made from recycled rubber wood, are sturdy and complete.
The ROCKY allow a complete and progressive training according to the level of the climber.
Their unique two-sided design offers 5 gripping possibilities (35mm, 27mm, 25mm, 12mm, 10mm) + handle, which guarantee optimal progression.
Designed for warming up and training in suspension and pulling exercises to strengthen the passive and active structures of the fingers, arms and back.

— Show original — Show originalI bought this because chin-ups with a normal bar or fingerboard hurt the shoulder. With this, the shoulder and elbow can move (turn) freely and naturally. Much better for my joints.
If you use these while hanging freely (without wall support) then the small grips might be really hard to hold (at least for me), but the bigger grips compensate (ie you can hang from the corner of the biggest grips as well).Brand
