These are single-lined, thin, high stretch neoprene boots 2.5 mm. The inner is lined in Metallite so they are easy to put on. The sole has an effective non-slip lining. They can be used with both closed foot fins for greater warmth and to protect the skin from scratches and chafing, as well as with firm-soled boots, using open-heel fins.In this case, warmth is considerably increased and it is also easier to put on your wetsuit.

Yes, now your feet and ankles stay warm in the open air! The grip of the socks is also good even on an icy pier. The socks are quite difficult to put on because they are tight (the size is correct anyway). The surprise was that even though the stem of the sock sits tightly on the calf when dry, water still easily gets in through the stem of the sock, when the neoprene somehow loosens when it gets wet. Despite the water getting into the socks, the feet stay warm, but taking off the socks must be done on a plate or bucket so that the water does not drip from the socks onto the floor.

I use these for winter swimming. Really warm socks even in cold water. Last winter I swam barefoot, now I wouldn't give them up anymore - the difference is like night and day. You can now spend longer periods in the water. I recommend.
