I absolutely love INOV-8 shoes for SwimRun. These are even lighter than the G-235s that I used to wear, and drain easily, highly recommended for SwimRun events.

Lightweight. The soles are thin and wonderfully flexible, the foot can work freely. Like wearing socks, but with tight studs :) I personally use it both on trails and dirt roads, sometimes even on asphalt.
